Spark is a digital wellbeing app that helps you take back control of your time on social media. This Privacy Policy explains how Cyril Guerrin ("we", "us", "our") handles your information when you use the Spark mobile application.

Information We Do Not Collect

Spark does not collect or share any of the following:

• Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
• Location data
• Financial or payment information
• Social media account credentials
• Contacts or address book data
• Photos, videos, or files
• Usage analytics or behavioral data sent to external servers

Screen Time & FamilyControls (iOS)

On iOS, Spark uses Apple's Screen Time APIs — specifically FamilyControls, ManagedSettings, and DeviceActivity frameworks — to block and monitor access to social media apps you choose to manage.

These APIs allow Spark to:

• Display a shield screen when you attempt to open a monitored app
• Track real usage time within monitored apps during a session
• Automatically re-apply restrictions when your session ends

Data Stored Locally on Your Device

Spark stores the following data locally on your device only, using iOS App Groups shared between the app and its system extensions:

• Your selected social media apps (as opaque system tokens — not identifiable outside your device)
• Session history (start time, end time, duration) for your personal dashboard
• Session preferences (duration, intention)
• Your chosen display name within the app

This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to Cyril Guerrin or any third party.

Third-Party Services

Spark does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. No data is shared with any third party.

The app is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Apple and Google's own privacy policies apply to their respective platforms and distribution services.

Children's Privacy

Spark is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used the app, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

Continued use of Spark after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
